Welcome to the MagnetiX Wedding Reception page! We are committed to making your reception the way you envisioned it to be. Our phrase is “Entertainment That ConneX…!” The rest is up to you to fill in. Whether it’s a funny joke that someone says on the microphone, or having us interact with the crowd to have people smiling, dancing, and HAVING FUN!! It’s making a connection with the crowd to get them going. We want people leaving saying, “Wow I had a great time and will remember this forever!”
The “ConneXion” starts with meeting with your MC. It’s important to meet with who’s going to be your Entertainer. That way you can start to build a rapport with them. This makes it easier at the reception. You’ve built a relationship with them. You developed trust. That’s important.
The one thing to think about is that the Entertainment is a fraction of the whole reception costs, but it’s the biggest option that can make or break your reception. If no one is having a good time, everyone leaves right after the dinner. You’re left with having a disappointing reception.
The follow up meeting is where we start with the format of the evening. Talking it out and sharing ideas. This helps reduce tremendously the above from occurring. Your guest will sense it as well the confidence coming from your MC and the look they see on your faces when we’re in action. We don’t want that kind of pressure on you. We embrace the challenge with open arms. Your 1st dance together as husband and wife is the only thing you should worry about! Unfortunately we can’t dance that for you. It would be awkward. We know some dance choreographers if you need them.
